LG E-BIKES takes pride in delivering high-quality e-bike conversion kits, batteries, components, and accessories. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully. By purchasing from LG E-BIKES, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
1) Order Processing & Manufacturing
All products are rigorously tested and inspected for quality, performance, and safety prior to shipping. Manufacturing and processing times may vary depending on product availability, demand, and production schedules. LG E-BIKES cannot guarantee specific manufacturing or processing timelines. Any estimated dispatch dates are indicative only.
2) Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia and internationally using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier logistics, customs inspections, weather events, public holidays, unexpected operational constraints, or government-imposed restrictions such as COVID-19. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the carrier collects the shipment. LG E-BIKES is not liable for delays, lost, or damaged parcels once handed to the carrier.
3) Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. LG E-BIKES reserves the right to adjust shipping fees if an error is detected or shipping conditions change. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or government charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4) International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to local customs inspections, import duties, or taxes. LG E-BIKES does not control customs procedures and is not responsible for any delays, charges, or additional requirements imposed by foreign authorities. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.
5) Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel orders must be submitted immediately to support@lg-ebikes.com. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, LG E-BIKES may not be able to modify or cancel it.
6) Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Report visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items to support@lg-ebikes.com within 7 days of receipt, including photos of the packaging and items, and your order number and delivery details. LG E-BIKES will assist in resolving shipping carrier claims but cannot guarantee carrier resolution or compensation for lost or damaged items.
7) Shipping Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All shipping times, delivery dates, and manufacturing times are estimates only. LG E-BIKES cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external events, lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages after dispatch, additional costs due to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, or inability to deliver to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses provided by the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept all shipping risks and release LG E-BIKES from any claims arising from shipping delays or related issues.
